DManD seeks to house its equipment in facilities that create a vibrant, productive, impactful, highly-regarded research center that brings researchers together across disciplines in new, deeper ways to advance the exciting areas of DManD and positively impact SUTD’s research and educational programs.
The DManD Centre is located at Building 1 Level 7 and consists of a Research Studio (1.707), Research Lab (1.708) and Office (1.706).

The DManD Office contains open seating work spaces to encourage interaction and meeting rooms to facilitate research group meetings.

The DManD Research Studio (562m2) contains most of the DManD’s fabrication, synthesis/fusion and simulation/modelling equipment and tools. The Research Studio also contains open seating work spaces for researchers.

The DManD Research Lab contains a general workshop, a Metrology Lab and a Project Room. The Project Room serves as a space for research groups to build their prototypes and models.
